Ward Digital was founded in 2020 by Michael Ward.

I started this small business to bring my experience as a full stack web developer and manager to a wider market. I’m excited about working with small and medium organisations to help them establish an online presence and push their brand further.

Before I began working as a Digital Content Manager within the Financial Sector, I was a business analyst. The key element of this role was to help streamline business operations in a way that put the correct skills and tools in the hands of both employers and employees to both do the job they are aiming to do with the least amount of resistance, and review and measure this over time to make sure that outcome remains in place.

It is with this experience that I entered web design and development. I know the importance of creating an online presence which will enable your prospects and clients to access your business with ease.

The need to invest in an online presence has never been more relevant. A plethora of tools and options are available to businesses however navigating through these solutions is where I can help. My speciality is both new website builds, and existing website re-builds. I have access to a number of trusted designers and developers that I have worked with previously.

New Website Development

A website is a shopfront of your business. In these times, it is often the consistent shopfront of your business that can reach an audience wider than a geographical location. An effective website should at a minimum allow customers and clients to both understand who you are and contact you.

Re-builds and updates of existing websites

Many small business websites have been built as a stand-alone product. They may have been purchased as a one off and no longer help the business operate. This does not mean that they don’t have value however there can often be opportunity to update these sites to reflect what the business is today and integrate content and functions.

An example of this could be integrating an online booking tool that works seamlessly to your workday or building an e-commerce function that handles sales and transactions.
